Job Description
- Receive and process Customer orders (and arrange for product manufacture)
- Oversee all functions from the point at which an order is received until the Customer has received satisfaction
- Negotiate with Production for the availability of goods and communicate the outcome
- Communicate with Customers and / or Account Managers on matters concerning placed orders
- Expedite late orders and the communication of this information
- Act as a central communication medium between Sales / Logistics and other relevant departments of Sealed Air
- Prepare and send out Reports to Sales on regular basis
- Be able to go and visit Customers together with Sales
Qualifications
