Job Description

  • Receive and process Customer orders (and arrange for product manufacture)
  • Oversee all functions from the point at which an order is received until the Customer has received satisfaction
  • Negotiate with Production for the availability of goods and communicate the outcome
  • Communicate with Customers and / or Account Managers on matters concerning placed orders
  • Expedite late orders and the communication of this information
  • Act as a central communication medium between Sales / Logistics and other relevant departments of Sealed Air
  • Prepare and send out Reports to Sales on regular basis
  • Be able to go and visit Customers together with Sales

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Polish, English and Czech
  • Experience with SAP would be a benefit
  • Able to work well within a team but also able to act individually to resolve matters
  • Strong sense of initiative, enthusiastic, customer-focused with accurate data entry and computer skills
  • Pleasant professional telephone manner and an ability to relate well with people at all levels in the organization
  • Possession of well-developed communication skills both verbal and written is an essential quality as is the tenacity to follow through on matters to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Should have the ability to deal with both internal and external customers, possessing strong attention to detail focus
  • Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency
  • Able to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Capable to build collaborative relationships
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and comfortable with rapid change
