Job description
  • You take on functional and technical responsibility in customer projects based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing.
  • You design solution concepts for customer-specific requirements based on best practices.
  • You collaborate closely with developers, consultants, and customers to build high-quality solutions.
  • You support the introduction of modern web technologies in CRM projects.
  • You actively contribute to architecture and design decisions and continuously expand your expertise.

  • You have a university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or a similar field.
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales and Marketing).
  • You have initial to several years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role in customer projects.
  • You have practical experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • You think analytically and work in a structured manner.
  • You are ready to take responsibility in projects and act as the main contact for customers.
  • You are familiar with agile project methodologies and enjoy working in an agile team environment.
  • You are experienced in building integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP systems using modern Azure technologies (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus); knowledge of SSIS and KingswaySoft is a plus.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
  • You are open to working in a hybrid mode, with 1 day per month at our office in Katowice or Kracow.
