Therefore we are consolidating our internal services into a world-class Global Business Services (GBS) organization, with the largest center located in Kraków.

To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for Interns with good communication skills, good knowledge of Bulgarian and English languages and valid student status. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping our new GBS center and grow together with the rapidly developing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees according to defined Service Level Agreements
  • Processing HR requests related to multiple service lines for an assigned group of employees
  • Ensuring that systems and databases have up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy, and providing reports where required

Requirements

  • Active student status
  • English and Bulgarian at min. B2 level
  • The ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude
  • Conversational knowledge of Romanian would be a plus
  • Experience in HR Shared Services for a global company, in an Employee Lifecycle role will be a strong plus
  • Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, SNOW would be beneficial
