Faria is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Manager to lead our web team and drive the strategic direction, development, and optimization of our online presence. You will be responsible for ensuring our website effectively communicates Faria's value proposition, enhances user experience, and supports our business goals. In this role, you will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, leveraging data-driven insights to continually improve website performance and achieve measurable results. This role requires someone who can both lead a team and dive into the technical details as needed. This position is a high priority within the company.

Skills & Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience in web management, with a proven track record of driving website performance and achieving measurable results.
  • Experience leading and managing web teams, with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Deep expertise in website analytics, SEO, content management systems (CMS), and web development technologies.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
  • Experience with A / B testing and other optimization strategies.
