Talent Acquisition Partner

We are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to handle recruitment processes in Poland.

In this role, you will :

Manage full cycle recruitment process for all level positions across Emerging Markets & Poland

Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role

Prepare and process hiring documentation and coordinate onboarding activities in collaboration with the Human Resources department

Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent

Continually network with both active and passive external talent to build a proactive talent pipeline

Provide direction and counsel to Hiring Managers and Human Resource partners

Coach Hiring Managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions

Ensure that all recruitment and selection activities are in compliance with legal regulations and company policies and procedures

Develop and undertake various Employer Branding activities to increase brand reach, both internally and externally

Requirements :

Min. 5 year successful recruiting experience (preferably in SSC / BPO environment).

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.

Fluent English and Polish (both written and verbal).

Handling multiple projects at the same time, and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Ability to work independently under deadline pressure.

Leveraging social media to source and attract talent.

Demonstrating business thinking and acumen.

Ability to work from our Cracow's office at least 6 times per month.
