Your responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the execution of the project, ensuring adherence to the contract / frame agreement and achieving Project Profit & Loss objectives.
• Ensure project delivery according to specified Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) requirements and project schedule.
• Ensure fulfilment of the Frame Agreement / Purchase Order / Contract, particularly regarding time, scope, and quality.
• Create a structured work distribution and an efficient work organization in a positive and motivating work environment.
• Maintain close contact with employees, customers, and subcontractors.
• Delegate and follow up on work tasks, ensuring proper documentation of contractual communication.
• Keep all relevant parties updated on project progress and concerns.
• Ensure adherence to current HSE rules and agreed-upon quality standards.
• Assist in the preparation of work instructions, procedures, job descriptions, and quality plans.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and guidelines.
