Employee Life Cycle Specialist

What this position is about - Purpose :

Ensure the efficient delivery of Employee LifeCycle services for the in-scope zones (1 large-sized market or 2 medium-sized markets minimum) to all stakeholders (entites, regions, employees) in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.

What will you do - Responsibilities :

  • Ensure efficient delivery of services to our stakeholders in line with agreed Service Level Targets (Polish Market);
  • Receive and responde timely to all employee life cycle stream service inquiries and requests with timely, accurate and professional responses;
  • Maintaining Data in all Systems within the GBS scope (SAP, Enova);
  • Follow the standard operating procedures (SOP) when completing tickets submitted via the MyJTI ticketing management system (Service Now);
  • Prepare necessary documents for employees (new hires package, employment contracts, contractual agreements, work certificates, etc.);
  • Process and mantain correcteness of employee records - employee data, changes in employment conditions, absences, additional information;
  • Provide reports with defined standards and templates;
  • Updated SOPs to accomodate system and process changes;
  • Perform estabilished data quality controls and follow up on identified quality issues;
  • Support employee enrollment into relevant benefit plans.
  • Update the related working documents and procedures in case of changes (SOP).

Who are we looking for - Requirements :

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master);
  • 1-2 years experience in a multinational organization;
  • Experience in a HR administrative role is a plus;
  • Fluent Polish and Good command in written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Enova are a differential.
  • Excellent Team Player, open minded and flexible.
