your tasks

  • Develop end-to-end integrated marketing programs for our end-users, channel partners and sales teams that can help drive select targets across the marketing funnel
  • Deliver end user email campaign strategies that include the creation of targeted content and lead nurturing programs
  • Work alongside the global paid media team to create paid search and social strategies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the division team, strategically translating business needs and objectives into comprehensive communication briefs for internal platform experts and creative teams
  • Drive project success through meticulous planning, timeline management, and proactive stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead global report-out process for the top 12 prioritized countries, ensuring timely monthly updates to the excel with actuals across keyprioritized metrics
  • Support with the integrated campaign performance reviews, ensuring timely report completion and broad sharing of learnings
  • Collaborate closely with area teams to establish and align area activation plans with relevant KPIs that support global targets
  • what we expect

  • Bachelor or higher degree
  • 6+ years of experience in creative brief writing, project and stakeholder management
  • Proven analytical skillset (KPI setting, tracking performance) with experience using Salesforce, Adobe / Google Analytics and similar tools
  • English language at least B2 level
  • Eloqua system knowledge – nice to have
  • Quick adaptation to change
  • Openness, flexibility and commitment to indefinite working hours
