What do you have to offer?

You bring one of the following – and both are welcome here :

  • A deep understanding of HR processes with a passion for technology,
  • A deep understanding of technology with a passion for HR.

    • What we also expect :

  • A completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification in IT
  • Extensive professional experience as a consultant or module administrator in SAP HCM PA, PY, or PT
  • Strong knowledge in Polish law requirements regarding payroll processes
  • Technical knowledge of Polish payroll
  • Good English language skills
  • Confident demeanor and customer-oriented behavior, even in escalation situations
  • Initiative and the ability to work independently

    • What tasks can you expect?

    In this role, you will be responsible for Application Management in SAP HCM , specifically in the module Payroll (PY).

    Your specific tasks :

  • Conceptualization, implementation, quality assurance, and transition of requirements into production
  • Support and consulting for existing and new customers
  • Contribution to projects to map new requirements
  • Collection, analysis, creation, and implementation of solution concepts
  • Documentation of implemented requirements
  • Conducting functional tests and troubleshooting
