A completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification in ITExtensive professional experience as a consultant or module administrator in SAP HCM PA, PY, or PTStrong knowledge in Polish law requirements regarding payroll processesTechnical knowledge of Polish payrollGood English language skillsConfident demeanor and customer-oriented behavior, even in escalation situationsInitiative and the ability to work independentlyWhat tasks can you expect?
In this role, you will be responsible for Application Management in SAP HCM , specifically in the module Payroll (PY).
Your specific tasks :
Conceptualization, implementation, quality assurance, and transition of requirements into productionSupport and consulting for existing and new customersContribution to projects to map new requirementsCollection, analysis, creation, and implementation of solution conceptsDocumentation of implemented requirementsConducting functional tests and troubleshootingFrom many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.
