Key Account Specialist, Advanced Surgery
Residence location : pomorskie, warmińsko-mazurskie, kujawsko-pomorskie voivodeship
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for promoting the client's portfolio for the Advanced Surgery business - F2F calls, presentations, workshops, participation in local and national congresses & conferences
- Close cooperation with external customers : Hospitals - Management, Administration, Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, customer operations, and also wholesalers, consortiums
- Cooperation with internal customers (mainly Marketing / Customer Operation, Medical Dep, RA, and Technical Service in sales process creation in the actual territory
- Sales target realization - manage complex sales cycles and develop territory business plans
- Foster relationships to grow business and differentiate solutions from the competition
- Competitive environment analysis and Baxter / competitors' sales analysis
Qualifications
University degreeAt least 3 years of experience as a sales representative in a medical / pharmaceutical companyExperience in hospital sales and OR is an advantageGood knowledge of written and spoken EnglishFluent Polish is a mustDriving license « B » and driving experienceInterpersonal skills and the ability to establish business relationships with customersCustomer and goal orientationGood analytical skills to perform customer profiling and segmentation and build actionable account plansInitiative and self-motivationExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsWhat we offer :
