Your tasks
- Develop scalable, resilient microservices in Go and Java / Kotlin to support high-traffic systems
- Contribute to system design, architecture decisions, and performance improvements
- Write and maintain high-quality tests (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure reliability and maintainability
- Collaborate in code reviews, share best practices, and support team knowledge sharing through documentation
- Participate in CI / CD workflows and deploy your code using modern tools like Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in backend development with Go and Java or KotlinSolid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and multi-threaded systemsHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), microservices, SQL / NoSQL databases, and RESTful APIsFamiliarity with event-driven architecture and modern deployment pipelinesExcellent English communication skills (at least B2 level), both spoken and writtenResiding in Poland requiredBenefits For You
