Role Overview
We're looking for a data-driven, growth-oriented Product Manager to lead the next stage of Fusion's evolution. This role blends product ownership with business strategy, balancing rapid iteration, partnership growth, and performance optimization across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :
Product Strategy & Growth
- Own and evolve the Fusion Platform's roadmap with a focus on rapid, data-informed iteration
- Identify and prioritize opportunities based on real-time performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends
- Partner with leadership to shape Fusion's business model, pricing, and growth strategy
- Collaborate with Marketing to define acquisition and conversion goals, and ensure product initiatives drive measurable impact
Data, Insights & Optimization
Build and maintain a strong analytics foundation — dashboards, KPIs, and experiment trackingTranslate live usage data into actionable insights that guide decisions on retention, monetization, and engagementDesign and interpret A / B tests, pilots, and growth experiments to validate hypotheses and scale successful features fastPartnerships & Market Expansion
Support and negotiate external partnerships to grow Fusion's audience and network effectsCollaborate with business development to explore integrations and strategic collaborations with third-party platformsEvaluate partnership impact on user growth, conversion, and retentionExecution & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business Development) to deliver initiatives efficientlyEnsure clear communication, alignment, and accountability across all stakeholdersChampion a user- and data-first culture across the product teamRequirements
7-10 years of experience in Product Management for SaaS, marketplaces, or live digital productsProven success in growth-stage environments with rapid iteration and measurable impactDeep experience with data-driven decision-making, analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker), and experimentationStrong business acumen — understanding of unit economics, partnerships, and marketing funnelsComfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and engineering teamsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsPassion for creative industries, gaming, or talent platforms is a strong plusBachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related fieldBenefits
