Job Tasks :

  • Take full ownership of the procurement function, including line management responsibility for the procurement team. Drive the implementation of the Procurement 3.0 strategy.
  • Design and execute a category management strategy with support from Finance, including a comprehensive spend cube analysis.
  • Develop and implement efficient procurement processes, ensuring alignment with Beekeeper’s operational needs and compliance requirements.
  • Lead the commercial negotiations for all agreements, ensuring the best price and best value, and proactively identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Enhance cross-departmental relationships across the business.
  • Design and implement a robust vendor management process, fostering strong vendor relationships while ensuring accountability for contractual obligations.
  • Further develop and track key procurement KPIs (e.g., savings achieved, contract negotiation success,...) and report regularly to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal procurement processes, including Privacy and Infosec requirements, while maintaining a commercially sensible approach.

Requirements :

  • 5-7 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years leading a procurement function. Experience in SaaS and technology procurement is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contract terms and a proven ability to negotiate effectively, collaborating with Legal on contract-related matters.
  • Demonstrates a proactive attitude and effectively handles ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
