Job descriptionTypeScript Go Java Join an exciting new project for our global client – a world-renowned provider of cloud communication solutions empowering businesses to build innovative voice, video, and messaging experiences. We’re assembling a brand-new team and are looking for an experienced Python Developer with a strong engineering background and a genuine interest in AI. As the first member of this initiative, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction, building scalable systems, and experimenting with cutting-edge AI technologies. If you’re ready to take ownership, innovate, and turn great ideas into production-grade solutions – we’d love to meet you! Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based backend services throughout the full SDLC Build and operate cloud-native solutions on AWS, focusing on scalability and reliability Integrate and experiment with AI components such as LLMs, agent frameworks, and retrieval augmentation Contribute to secure software design, covering threat modeling, secrets management, and API hardening Explore and apply emerging AI interoperability standards (e.g. MCP servers, Model Context Protocol) Drive a test-first culture with comprehensive unit, integration, and automation testing Work independently in a fast-moving environment, collaborating closely with a technical lead At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development Proven track record across the full software lifecycle, including deployment and operations Strong grasp (or keen interest) in AI concepts such as LLMs, prompt orchestration, and AI agents Practical experience with AWS and cloud-native development Solid understanding of software security and best DevSecOps practices Proactive, autonomous mindset with ownership and accountability Exposure to TypeScript, Go, or Java Residing in Poland required Great Place to Work since 2015 - it’s thanks to feedback from our workers that we get this special title and constantly implement new ideas Employment stability - revenue of PLN 2.1BN, no debts, since 2006 on the market We share the profit with Workers - over PLN 76M has already been allocated for this aim since 2022 Attractive benefits package - private healthcare, benefits cafeteria platform, car discounts and more Comfortable workplace – class A offices or remote work Dozens of fascinating projects for prestigious brands from all over the world – you can change them thanks to Job Changer application PLN 1 000 000 per year for your ideas - with this amount, we support the passions and voluntary actions of our workers Investment in your growth – meetups, webinars, training platform and technology blog – you choose Fantastic atmosphere created by all Sii Power People
