Job descriptionPrevious experience in Customer Success, Customer Service or Account Management; Very good English (min. B2); Fluent Portuguese - European version (min. C1); Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Excellent understanding of Customer Relationship; Problem-solving and initiative skills; Good attention to details. Stable contract of employment with a 3-month probation period; 100% remote work; Competitive salary; Cafeteria; Team building and free time activities; Modern office environment.

Core Responsibilities :
- Understand customers key goals and define success based on their expectations.
- Support customers by executing success plans and tracking progress.
- Respond to inquiries regarding products, billing, and administration.
- Proactively follow up on unresolved issues to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with global teams and escalate cases when needed.
- Share product and service information clearly, adapting communication to customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
