requirements-expected :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Experience : 2+ years in order management, ideally in the software or IT sector.
Tech Skills : Knowledge in ServiceNow, ERP / order management software, and MS Office Suite (Excel & Power BI) would be a great asset.
Communication : Excellent English, both spoken and written.
