You will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of production systems and serving as an escalation point for system-related issues.Your main responsibilities :

• Monitor and validate critical jobs and system processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system failures.
• Interface with external customers and internal teams.
• Run SQL queries and analyze datasets.
• Set up new customers and test files for accuracy.
• Identify and report production defects.
• Adhere to audit control procedures and identify improvements.You're ideal for the role if you have :
• 2+ years of experience with UNIX / Linux and SQL.
• 2 (two) plus years of experience with SQL, including reading and writing
• Proficiency with laptop and desktop computers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Application Suite.
• Ability to understand program logic and read code.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (B2 / C1).
