Your Responsibilities :

Develop and execute strategies for growing our Mowi Food Service channel,

Oversee sales performance in alignment with company goals in Mowi Poland,

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities so as to create actionable sales plans,

Strengthen Mowi’s position by promoting its values—quality, sustainability, and innovation—and work towards distinguishing the company  as a premium seafood leader,

Build and maintain partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, restaurants, and other key stakeholders,

Create strategies tailored to market demands and key customers,

Build and extend a database with our key customers,

Implement and guide sales activities for Food Service professionals,

Multi-level contact with Customers.

What We Are Looking For?

  • Experience in Food Service : Proven track record of working with Customers in the Food Service sector
  • Relationship Management : Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build lasting business partnerships
  • Strategic and Analytical Skills : Demonstrated success in creating and executing strategies that achieve sales goals
  • Adaptability and Growth Mindset : A positive pro-sales attitude and a determination to learn and grow professionally
  • Project Ambition : Project a solutions and target based approach
  • World-class planning for pipelines and related activities (to be always supremely organized)
  • English communication for business relationships,
  • To be a trusted voice,  offering insights to Customers.
