Job descriptionmanage complex projects in organizational transformation, regulatory, IT security and process implementation be responsible for initiation, planning, staffing, financials, execution and monitoring of projects manage project team, assess risks and synergies in new types of projects in the corporate environment analyse and develop pragmatic approaches and solutions introduce of solutions into existing and new processes and IT systems manage stakeholders actively and provide reporting prepare, conduct and follow up on meetings and workshops
requirements-expected :
- university degree (bachelor or master) withat least 5 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordinator or Project Manager role
- Consulting experience or similarly competitive position in financial sector is a plus
- project management certification (Prince2, PMI or equivalent) as well asknowledge of different project delivery methods is considered an asset
- goal-oriented and can-do mentality
- high motivation with a high level of responsibility and reliability
- analytical and conceptual minded with a high client-focus
- well-rounded PowerPoint and Excel skills, MS Project is an asset
- strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate to all levels of the organization in German and English, with both language as must-have
