- Experience in creating high-poly and low-poly models of stylized environment, weapons and hard surface assets on given concepts;
- High-poly sculpting in Zbrush;
- Low-poly modeling in Max / Maya / Blender;
- Experience in creating optimal UV mapping and texture baking (normal, AO, etc.);
- Stylized texturing skills in Substance Painter and / or hand-painted texturing;
- Ability to follow and correctly interpret / improve the concept idea;
- Experience in the role of project lead;
- The ability to objectively evaluate the work of others and give constructive feedback;
- Sociability and ability to work in a team.
- Intermediate English level and above;
