Funds Distribution and Marketing Oversight Specialist Your role

Do you have experience in the investment fund industry? Are you familiar with Luxembourg, Swiss and Irish funds? Do you have audit and risk mindset?

We're looking for a Fund Oversight Specialist to support the ManCo Distribution Oversight team and Managementpanies Service Delivery Team in :

• executing ongoing monitoring on delegates - Fund Distributors ( KPIs, control tasks, onsite visits, deep dives)
• performing risk assessment of the delegates, identification and following up on remedial actions
• reporting monitoring results to the senior management and multiple Boards of Directors
• project management activities to enhance the control framework
• monitoring and ensuringpliance with relevant laws and regulations ( AML) in Luxembourg, Switzerland, Ireland and other relevant countries
• Additional exposure to other oversight functions ( Portfolio Management, Central Administration, Transfer Agency, Depositary etc.) are possible as being part of wider oversight team.

Your team

You'll be supporting Funds Distribution Oversight Team teams in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland. Our team is responsible for overseeing the UBS and Third-Party Distributors globally. Additionally, we also oversee numerous UCITS KIDs / PRIIPS KIDs managers, Marketingmunications producers, Authorized Participants and others. As a Fund Oversight Specialist, you'll work closely with our large universe of distributors and other internal and external stakeholders involved in the Funds Industry.

You will be part of the Managementpanies Service Delivery Team, which is responsible for supporting numerous Managementpanies in various key control and execution activities.
