Senior.NET Developer

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer for our client’s team who would like to challenge himself as a Team Lead. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and guide a team of 7-10 software developers, managing the .NET Centre of Excellence to uphold best practices across the development lifecycle. This includes team recruitment, performance management, and strategic planning. Additionally, you’ll spend up to 50% of your time designing and developing software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of 7–10 developers across projects.
• Collaborate with clients on product requirements.
• Allocate tasks to team members based on skills and goals.
• Engage in hands-on design and development (up to 50% of the time).
• Ensure operational standards (uptime, performance, user experience).
• Oversee CI / CD automation, develop unit tests, and produce documentation.
• Drive coding best practices and research emerging technologies.
