Your responsibilities
- Creation of control plans, instructions and product test procedures
- Creation of inspection reports and secure storage of collected data
- Responsibility for the creation of product non-conformance report - customer complaints and returns
- Participation in the process of disassembly or rework of complaint products
- Creation of R2 / R3 forms - removal and restoration of recovered components to the system
- Writing test programs
- Participate in and organize tests of components and final products
- Supervision of non-conforming material
- Organizing test panel painting and coating tests (1 x monthly)
- Organizing the painting of test plates and organizing dispatch to the external laboratory - MM (1 x quarter)
- Improvement of production processes
- Performing problem analyses, drawing conclusions and implementing actions
- Practical use of quality tools
- Active participation in projects
- Supporting production teams in case of quality problems
- Maintaining order in the workplace, in accordance with the 5S standards
- Lead or participate in projects to achieve set targets (KPIs)
- Active participation during the preparation of PFMEA, FPY, MSA, R&R
- Training of controllers and operators
- Coordinating the execution of work by external contractors on the production site
