  • We’re looking for a skilled Release Manager. As part of our international and energetic team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing releases for payment platforms and customer-facing applications (Retail & Mobile Services). You’ll be working closely with Release Managers, Test Managers, Product Owners, Execution Leads, Scrum Masters, Operations teams, and more.
  • Location : Gdańsk (preferred), Warsaw, Łódź
  • Remote Work : Hybrid model (min. 1 day / week onsite; 2 days from September)
  • responsibilities :

  • Plan and maintain release roadmaps for one or more critical applications,
  • Coordinate and lead multiple parallel release and deployment plans,
  • Prepare and manage go-live and post-go-live activities,
  • Track and coordinate change activities throughout the release lifecycle,
  • Drive stakeholder meetings to gain approval at each release milestone,
  • Organize handover sessions between development and operations teams,
  • Improve release processes through automation, DevOps, and new techniques.
  • requirements-expected :

  • 7+ years in IT project management and planning,
  • Proven experience in release and deployment management (ideally in banking),
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management),
  • Experience with CI / CD practices and DevOps principles,
  • Proficient with tools such as Jira and Confluence,
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams,
  • Competence in reviewing and validating deployment runbooks,
  • Comfortable working with Release Orchestration tools,
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field,
  • Strong coordination, planning, and analytical skills,
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex dependencies,
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills,
  • High accountability, ownership, and adaptability,
  • Willingness to work occasionally outside standard hours (evenings / weekends),
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies,
  • Fluent English – spoken and written.
