Design and deliver scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with business and technical requirements Collaborate with Product Owners and scrum teams to define and guide solution architecture decisions Lead cross-functional discussions on technical and business challenges in Marketing Operations Document solution architecture with precision, including data models, code samples, diagrams, and flowcharts Define and promote architecture strategies, processes, and methodologies across teams Work with scrum teams to implement, test, and validate solutions according to QA standards Ensure architectural consistency and alignment with stakeholders across the organization Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams and contribute to continuous improvement Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, SQL, AMPscript) Strong understanding of data architecture, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and integration tools (MC Connector) Business process knowledge in sales and marketing Higher education (preferably in Computer Science or IT) Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies Very good command of English, enabling work in an international environment Fluent Polish required Residing in Poland required Great Place to Work since 2015 - it’s thanks to feedback from our workers that we get this special title and constantly implement new ideas Employment stability - revenue of PLN 2.1BN, no debts, since 2006 on the market We share the profit with Workers - over PLN 76M has already been allocated for this aim since 2022 Attractive benefits package - private healthcare, benefits cafeteria platform, car discounts and more Comfortable workplace – class A offices or remote work Dozens of fascinating projects for prestigious brands from all over the world – you can change them thanks to Job Changer application PLN 1 000 000 per year for your ideas - with this amount, we support the passions and voluntary actions of our workers Investment in your growth – meetups, webinars, training platform and technology blog – you choose Fantastic atmosphere created by all Sii Power People
