Czym będziesz się zajmować?

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as an AI Coding Assistant Integration and Governance Specialist . In this role, you will evaluate and implement AI-based coding assistants while ensuring compliance with governance and process requirements.

Responsibilities :

  • Governance amp; Compliance : Work with cyber, legal, hosting committees, and governance forums to ensure adherence to policies and secure necessary approvals.
  • Technical Evaluation : Assess AI coding assistants for compatibility, performance, and integration within our environment.
  • Vendor Engagement : Collaborate with vendors, procurement, and legal teams to negotiate contracts and address risks related to Generative AI, including IP protection.
  • AI Expertise : Leverage AI knowledge to support evaluation and integration decisions.
  • Communication amp; Promotion : Develop strategies to inform and engage stakeholders, focusing on the engineering community.
  • Pilot Rollout Management : Plan and execute pilot programs, collect feedback, and refine business use cases.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams
  • Technical Setup amp; Monitoring : Manage AI assistant implementation, authentication, and monitoring.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement enhancements for integration and governance processes

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in technical evaluation and integration of AI technologies, with a solid understanding of AI models and their practical applications.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage with vendors, procurement teams, and diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and legal considerations related to AI technology integration.
  • Exceptional project management skills to drive the implementation process, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions to shape the integration process and communicate its business value.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the banking or financial sector is a plus.
  • Kraków, Hybrid mode : 2 days in office, 3 days remote per week
