Your responsibilities

manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely execution, including tax filings, social security contributions, internal finance-related reporting, and compliance audits
handle the complete operative employee lifecycle, including contracts, terminations, onboarding, personnel files, benefit administration, and legalisation of foreign employees
act as the main point of contact for people operations-related matters for internal and external stakeholders, including people & culture, finance, auditors, and authorities
maintain employee data across platforms and systems (e.g. Personio, Enova, SSC Master), ensuring accuracy
ensure compliance and health & safety requirements, including OHS training records, medical examinations, GDPR, and compliance tracking

Our requirements

2+ years of experience in payroll management and people operations, ideally in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment

experience working in a blue-collar setting and understanding of its unique challenges

strong knowledge of payroll, social security, and tax legislation and processes in Poland (experience in other markets is a plus)

independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility

a reliable, hands-on, flexible, and discreet personality

team-oriented approach with strong communication skills in English and Polish (both written and spoken)

As a (Junior) People Operations Specialist, you will manage Payroll and People Operations for our warehouse location (white- and blue-collar scope) as single point of contact. This position is unlimited and based in our warehouse in Robakowo.
