Your responsibilities
- manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely execution, including tax filings, social security contributions, internal finance-related reporting, and compliance audits
- handle the complete operative employee lifecycle, including contracts, terminations, onboarding, personnel files, benefit administration, and legalisation of foreign employees
- act as the main point of contact for people operations-related matters for internal and external stakeholders, including people & culture, finance, auditors, and authorities
- maintain employee data across platforms and systems (e.g. Personio, Enova, SSC Master), ensuring accuracy
- ensure compliance and health & safety requirements, including OHS training records, medical examinations, GDPR, and compliance tracking
Our requirements
2+ years of experience in payroll management and people operations, ideally in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environmentexperience working in a blue-collar setting and understanding of its unique challengesstrong knowledge of payroll, social security, and tax legislation and processes in Poland (experience in other markets is a plus)independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibilitya reliable, hands-on, flexible, and discreet personalityteam-oriented approach with strong communication skills in English and Polish (both written and spoken)What we offer
