Location : Katowice (hybrid – min. 2 days / week in the office)

Employment type : Full-time, permanent contract

Working hours : Flexible start between 7 : 00–9 : 00

About the role :

We are seeking a skilled analyst to join our European transport planning team. Your focus will be on data-driven optimization , scenario building , and cost analysis using tools like Excel, OTM , and optionally LNM . You'll work closely with regional teams and warehouses to improve the efficiency of our logistics network.

Wymagania

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in transport or logistics optimization.

2+ years working with OTM (Oracle Transportation Management).

Fluent English (spoken & written) – used daily in an international team.

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query).

Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.

Nice to have :

Experience with Incorta, BI tools, or LNM (Logistics Network Modeller).

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and various data sources.

Responsibilities :

Analyze transport data and identify routing optimization opportunities.

Adjust routing parameters in OTM and build cost-effective logistics scenarios.

Support mid-term volume forecasting and supply chain planning.

Create cost simulations, performance reports, and data presentations.

Cooperate with supply chain, regional logistics, and commercial teams.
