technically advising customers on engineering products, services, and capabilities to best meet the needs of the customer and the designs they are working on
offering the value propositions of products and services from the company's portfolio
creating new sales opportunities with prospective customers and contacts
contact with end customers via various channels (phone, email and chat) to resolve technical questions and propose options and solutions
cooperation with other departments : production, sales, engineering, customer support
daily operations in Salesforce
managing sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales projections to ensure targets are met
Requirements :
University degree : business or technical preferable
advanced level of German and English
previous experience in sales / inside sales / export is required
good understanding of technical issues
relevant experience in manufacturing / engineering environment is a plus
