Currently, we are looking for an End-User Support Engineer to make our EPAM Katowice Team even stronger.

To succeed in this role you should be highly creative, with developed communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support colleagues regarding IT requests / incidents (hardware / software)
  • Communicate with external vendors and Global IT teams to resolve problems
  • Maintain and update assets inventory
  • Communication room maintenance and environment monitoring
  • Installation and maintenance of IT equipment in the office (Network, Printing, Conference equipment)
  • Taking employees or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or remotely via MS Teams, to help set up systems or resolve issues
  • Rapidly establish a good working relationship with employees and other teams, promoting good IT practices

Requirements

  • Intermediate / Advanced troubleshooting skills in WinOS, MacOS, and Linux OS
  • Understanding of basic principles of asset management (ITIL or any other ITSM tool)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft EntraID (Azure-AD)
  • Experience in ticketing system (ServiceNow or similar) and asset management application
  • Intermediate knowledge of networking (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • User-friendly attitude willing to help employees solve their daily issues with IT infrastructure
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving attitude
  • Capable of working in a team in a multi-level organization
  • Willing to learn new technologies and respond quickly to new challenges
  • Work permanently on-site
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
