Python Developer (Remote)

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Designing, implementing, and integrating configurable conversational pipelines for various scenarios.
• Collaborating with machine learning engineers to integrate Generative AI-based pipelines into production environments.
• Triaging and analyzing performance issues of AI systems in production.
• Debugging complex conversational flow scenarios.
• Owning and maintaining data analysis pipelines and tools.
• Implementing and maintaining infrastructure for automated testing of AI-related pipelines to ensure stability and accuracy.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Python development.

Strong skills in backend development and software architecture.

Experience in developing and deploying multiple projects used in production environments.

Proficiency with CI / CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure), Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and third-party API integrations.

Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes.

Prior experience working in startup environments.

At least 2 years of experience as a tech lead or team lead.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce clear documentation.

Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate effectively in a team.

Proficiency in English at a level sufficient for professional communication and documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Software Development or equivalent industry experience.
