We are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist, Finnish Speaker to join our team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

What you will do
Deliver accurate sales invoicing for forestry services and B2B business partners as well as accurate miscellaneous invoicing
Handle master data requests related to customer master data
Perform tasks related to sales invoice collection together in collaboration with the Business personnel and Finance collection team
Management of purchase orders and delivery specifications, and verification of purchase orders for B2B purchasing process in cooperation with the Business personnel
Monitor B2B customer and vendor accounts together with Finance & Controlling
Perform and report of above mentioned tasks and any other tasks assigned by manager, according to defined monthly targets
Daily collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Support continuous improvement of customer service processes and ways of working
Who you are
You are fluent in Finnish and English ; knowledge of Swedish is considered as beneficial
You have a bachelor’s degree
You have experience in customer service or other roles related to Lead To Cash operations or Source To Pay operations
You are able to work independently and as part of a team
You have great organizational skills
You have experience with the following systems : SAP, FOR IT, Service Now, CRM, OAC, Basware is beneficial
