about-project :

We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join us as an in-house expert, supporting a fast-growing, international product development team for one of our key clients.

responsibilities :

Working on the app that is an all‑in‑one employee engagement and recognition platform, widely adopted in web and mobile form to boost culture, motivation, and performance, complete with pulse surveys, reward systems, team challenges and analytics dashboards.

requirements-expected :

Solid commercial experience with React Native (mobile-first mindset is crucial)

Proficency with state management - redux

Strong understanding of React.js

Proven ability to deliver high-quality features independently - we’re looking for someone who can own the frontend side of things

Experience working in cross-functional teams, preferably in agile environments

English skill - at least B2 level

Availability for full-time cooperation
