As a Junior Strategic People & Business Partner you will help us build high-performing teams, implement impactful people initiatives to drive organisational effectiveness, and foster a positive working environment. This position is limited for one year and based in Warsaw.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- act as a key contact for a dedicated business area in Warsaw, building strong partnerships with leaders and team members
- support leaders in developing high-performing teams by promoting a feedback-driven, performance-oriented culture
- drive initiatives that align with Westwing’s strategic priorities, from people engagement to organisational development
- coordinate and contribute to cross-functional people and culture topics together with our global P&C team and centres of excellence
- analyse people data and feedback to identify improvement areas and support decision-making
- support and facilitate people and culture activities, including onboarding, development, leadership coaching, employee lifecycle feedback, engagement and recognition
YOU COME WITH
minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a people and culture or project management role (experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus)you're not afraid to take ownership and challenge the status quo and have a proactive and independent mindsetstrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across different stakeholdersexcellent communication and presentation skills in English, Polish is a plusa basic understanding of HR metrics and a strong interest in learning how data can shape decisionsa collaborative spirit and desire to work closely with a diverse, international teamWHY WESTWING
