Develop solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and company goals., Participate in design phases for a variety of platform enhancements from small tickets to medium to large scale projects / programs including identifying, tracking and resolving technical issues., Responsible for design / code reviews to help promote consistent quality coding practices and standards, as well as constructively improve secure coding., Consult with Application Owners, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Testers and Digital Partners to enable Digital Experience Solutions leveraging Motorola Solutions’ CRM (Salesforce CPQ) and e-Commerce (Salesforce Experience Cloud) Capabilities., Pilot and implement new CRM (Salesforce CPQ) and e-Commerce (Salesforce Experience Cloud) functionality., Provide technical support of CRM (Salesforce CPQ) and e-Commerce technology, especially during upgrades / fixes. This could include occasional after-hours support, especially during major system upgrades or possibly quarter-end or year-end periods., Provide hands-on expertise for system integration between Salesforce, SAP, Partner Portal (Salesforce Experience Cloud) and other business applications., Provide system administration support of our Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow., Create and maintain technical documentation related to deployed solutions and important support processes. Maintain detailed system configuration and architectural documentation on an ongoing basis. Documentation updates are required as part of any material change to the environment., Facilitate transition of applications from development to production., Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners from initiation to close.
