responsibilities :
- Provide IT support for the manufacturing plant within local IT team
- Act as the next level of support for the local IT team
- Maintain and develop applications supporting manufacturing systems
- Support the MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
- Analyze and troubleshoot errors occurring in IT systems
- Resolve current issues related to devices and applications in IT areas
- Provide services in accordance with applicable standards and procedures
- Seek improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness
- Create technical documentation and IT procedures
- Participate in projects
- Follow new technology trends, share them with the team, and adapt them to local needs
