Content Moderator with Danish

your tasks

• review and moderate user content using internal tools to ensure safety and policy compliance
• stay updated on evolving guidelines and investigate complex content violations
• escalate high-stakes issues to the Trust & Safety team and advocate for user security
• contribute to workflow improvements to enhance moderation speed and quality
• participate in training and discussions on sensitive topics to maintain a non-toxic environment

what we expect

• fluency in English and Danish (minimum upper-intermediate level)
• exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to quickly synthesize and analyze complex information from various sources
• a deep understanding of and passion for internet culture, online platforms, and how digital communities operate
• flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing business needs and evolving client guidelines

Nice to have:

• prior experience in Content Moderation, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), or Customer Service roles is a significant advantage.
