What you'll do

Lead a global initiative aimed at digitalizing People Management processes and unifying the core employee data management at Knauf.

Actively drive the project trough design, planning, implementation and hypercare phases while managing the key project variables to meet stakeholder and quality expectations.

Facilitate effective communications between core project team and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met, fostering strong client relationship and trust

Establish and environment where the team can be effective and focused on their product / solution

Support Product Manager to facilitate team’s progress

Who you are

With several years of proven experience in project management you were successfully delivering complex projects with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets

You have extensive hands-on experience in creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, ensuring all stakeholders have clear and accurate information about systems, processes, and project progress

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills come with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals

You are motivated by change and transformation, seeing it as an avenue for continuous learning and development.

You have strong problem-solving skills and are proactively looking for solutions for overall project benefit

Experience with managing projects within Jira & Confluence and experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation project is a big plus
