Support team to perform daily tasks like handling low priority incidents, handling inquiries that are coming to side, Investigate productions incidents, collect systems logs from logging tool, analyzing application perfomance, collaborating infrastructure teams to find out the root cause, Participate productions deployments planning, rehearsal and execution together with application management and project team. Doing the deployment, verifications and performing other supporting tasks so that the deployment is successful., Continuosly improving services, root cause analysis in case of incidents, propose preventative actions to avoid incident to happen again, identify and suggest ways to improve efficiency and production stability. You are participating in discussion on how we can improve tools, processes and daily practices - proposing automation possibilities in our team and even participating designing and developing these., Support new release release planning, giving and verifying requirements from application management side, verifying testing results., Understanding E2E view of flows, not only application point of view but taking bigger picture of processes.] Requirements : WebLogic, SQL, ITIL, Linux, Kubernetes Additionally : Sport subscription, Private healthcare.
