Business Systems Analyst

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Closely cooperate with the internal business client and with programmers, testers, and system administrators.
• Independently analyze and model business processes.
• Independently analyze requirements and assess feasibility.
• Write requirements in the form of User Stories.
• Create analytical / technical documentation in Confluence.
• Supervise project work – verify the compliance of solutions with requirements and assumptions.
• Participate in preparing test plans and verifying test scenarios before performing tests.
• Support internal and external testing.
• Support Helpdesk in analyzing complex production incidents.
• Cooperate with external suppliers on system development.

Present proposed solutions to stakeholders. Optional

Experience in working with mobile or web applications.

Experience in working with databases, including MS SQL Server.

Experience with issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), work tracking tools (e.g., TFS).

Understanding the specifics of applications developed in distributed environments, including requirements related to security and performance, including designing system integrations using REST API standards.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing IT projects as a business-system analyst (professional experience in collecting, specifying, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, identifying assumptions and system limitations).

Good knowledge of SQL

Knowledge of UML amp; BPMN

Knowledge of CASE tools, e.g., Enterprise Architect.

Experience in working with Agile methodologies (Scrum).

Knowledge of working with requirements in the form of User Story or Use Case.

Ability to work in a team, creativity, and good organization of work.

Analytical thinking, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and ability to present conclusions clearly.

Ability to document analysis results in an understandable and clear way.

Experience in working with development teams and the ability to effectively communicate with developers, testers, and infrastructure administrators.

Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into IT requirements.
