For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of :

Customer Account Specialist with German – hybrid in Łódź

Workplace : Szczecin

Job Description :

Reaching out to potential clients and establishing long-term relationships built on trust

Identifying key decision-makers and generating interest in the offerings

Addressing and resolving complex issues

Working closely with clients and stakeholders to resolve concerns efficiently

Developing and maintaining training materials and guidelines

Requirements :

1-2 years of experience in a BPO setting

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus

Proficient in German (C1) and intermediate English (B1)

Strong MS Excel skills

Solid understanding of supply chain management

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic abilities

Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively

Strong communication skills when working with internal customers

Experience in customer interactions is a plus

Experience in conducting training and creating knowledge bases is an advantage
