Regulatory Reporting Junior Specialist - Internship Your role

Global Wealth Management Operations Financial and Regulatory Reporting Specialist

At UBS GWM Operations Wroclaw you can contribute with the processing and management of end-to-end client transactions on behalf of multiple European locations.

The Regulatory Reporting Team is responsible for regular & periodic reporting to our multiple regulators and / or authorized bodies on which our regulators have some reliance. The team have responsibility for performing or overseeing the following regulations : MiFID II, EMIR, FINRA as well as contributing to other regulatory activities across the firm.

Regulatory Reporting area processes include :

  • being responsible for daily, weekly and monthly regulatory transaction and / or tax reporting,
  • monitoring discrepancies, launching investigations, correcting errors,
  • ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports,
  • reducing error rates and mitigating risks through the adoption of appropriate controls, process documentation and cross training,
  • maintaining an awareness of relevant regulatory guidelines and applying them to the workload,
  • developing easily scalable, efficient, and automated processes,
  • actively working within the team to identify non-standard processes across the reporting function.

Your team

You will be part of a Regulatory Reporting team supporting UK, Jersey, France and Monaco locations.
