Customer Service Specialist with Czech and Slovak š
Fully remote work mode from Poland.
Your daily tasks :
Providing the highest level of customer service (contact with clients via phone and e-mails);
Meeting targets set by the client and management;
Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
What do we expect from you?
Language : Proficiency in Czech (C1), Slovak (C1) and advanced knowledge of English (B2 level);
Experience : Customer Service experience is a must, great if you have experience in technology focused roles;
Technology : Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
Personality : Motivated, enthusiastic.

Working conditions :
