Technical Support Engineer

Miejsce pracy : Warszawa

Your responsibilities

  • Process customer requests efficiently using the CRM system, covering technical questions, design-in support, measurements, complaints, and certification. Ensure professional follow-up and communication, including handover to colleagues or other departments for escalation.
  • Coordinate and cooperate on the development of sales and product support materials, such as product presentations, user manuals, installation drawings, and application guides.
  • Support customers utilizing online tools including eCatalog, eShop, and online configurators.
  • Participate in and organize meetings related to training, operational, and organizational topics.
  • Share ideas to improve collaboration, knowledge sharing, and efficiency, fostering sustainable practices.

Our requirements

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree in Technology / Engineering or equivalent.
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in Technical Support or Application Engineering.
  • Knowledge of lighting systems (Light engines, LED drivers, Light Management Systems).
  • Knowledge of DALI and Bluetooth Mesh (NLC) technologies.
  • Ability to use AutoCAD at a basic level for lighting and control system layouts.
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office and experience with (online) configuration tools and CRM systems (SalesForce preferred).
  • Understanding of lighting technology fundamentals and electronic / electrical principles.
  • Strong service and solution orientation.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data / information to identify trends and patterns.
  • Business fluency in Polish and English.
  • Empathetic team player with the ability to easily adjust from a customer to a business perspective.
  • Ability to share internal and external information, and encourage feedback and collaboration for sustainable results.
  • Ability to work independently and travel within the region (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary).
