Tasks :
- Coordinating financial / project controlling tasks within the team
- Stitching and analyzing data from different sources
- Operating in Clarity and SAP
- Aggregating and condensing information into key statements for Management reporting
- Preparing Management level ready reports (primarily in PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI)
- Conducting stakeholder alignments and interface coordination
- supporting Programs / Projects Managers in tracking budget utilization, budget preparation or other finance-related matters (financial reporting)
- consulting the know-how on specific PMO standards, tools, techniques, processes, procedures, methodologies, process models, and compliance to new Project Managers
Skills and experience you will need
Fluency in English and German5+ years of experience in the field of Finance PMO (preferred in IT-related environments)In-depth finance knowledge in IT-related environments (run / change, depreciation / capitalization, accruals, cost types, recharging, )Excellent proficiency in SAP and ClarityExcellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including data analytics in power query, pivot tables, ), PowerPoint and PowerBI, as well as other relevant toolsEase at working in a multinational environment using foreign languages on a daily basisProven track of E2E participation in complex programs or portfolio management office experienceSenior experience in working in a complex, global environment as a PMO across multiple large projects / programsSenior experience in working with Agile as well as Waterfall methodologiesSenior experience in leadership and / or coordination of team membersExperience in the usage of SharePoint, Confluence, JIRAStrong analytical mindset with a focus on attention to detailProactive, issue-solver type of attitude, ability, and drive to learn new expertise in a fast-paced environmentStrong experience in stakeholder management accompanied by a high level of interpersonal communication skills
