Job descriptionStrong hands-on experience with Seeburger BIS , Java Proficiency in Java and working experience in Unix / Linux / Windows environments. Familiarity with AppDynamics , Splunk , or other monitoring tools. Solid knowledge of Oracle Databases and SQL . Understanding of Microservices architecture is a plus. Awareness of Logging and Monitoring best practices. Proven experience as a Production Technical Support Engineer . Proven background in Service Management and ITIL-based operations. ITIL Accreditation is highly desirable. Experience working in globally distributed, multi-site teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Team-oriented, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Incident / Problem / Change Management procedures. Understanding of Banking Transaction Systems or experience within the Banking Domain is beneficial. Familiarity with production service support tools. Experience with microservices and modern integration platforms. Know-how of Problem and Change Management fundamentals.
