Your responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Amway Business Owners (ABOs), helping them grow and succeed in their Amway ventures
- Manage questions and requests from ABOs, customers, and prospects across various communication channels, both spoken and written
- Track, document, and address inquiries about products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, incentives, and policies using our knowledge base
- Assist users with online platforms by identifying, logging, and troubleshooting issues in close cooperation with the Technology team
- Guide ABOs in leveraging our Sales and Marketing Plan (Core Plan) to make the most of available digital tools
- Collaborate on projects across different departments beyond your daily tasks
- Escalate complex or unresolved matters to appropriate teams for further support
- Safeguard personal data and adhere to all relevant privacy regulations
- Suggest creative ideas and improvements to boost customer satisfaction and drive ongoing enhancements
- Help colleagues develop their skills and grow professionally
- Take part in Quality Assurance and training initiatives to uphold service excellence
- Consistently achieve or surpass quality performance targets

Positive, communicative individuals who enjoy helping customersFluent Slovenian speakers (C1 level) with strong English (B2) proficiencyKnowledge of additional European languages is a bonusEager to take on new challenges and learn continuouslyTeam players with a customer-first mindset, both internally and externallyComfortable working with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPointPrevious experience in customer service or related roles is preferred but not essentialWhat employer offers
