Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your responsibilities
- Scheduling and organizing interviews including booking of rooms & catering services;
- Communicating with candidates, maintaining a positive candidate experience;
- Supporting the process of travel cost settlement;
- Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers on various hiring needs;
- Performing administrative tasks in HR systems;
- Updating process documentation according to current guidelines.
Our requirements
Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 level);Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in HR, psychology, linguistics, business, or related fields;Excellent communication and organizational skills;Self-driven, meticulous, structured, and eager to learn;Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);Previous internship or entry-level experience in recruitment, HR, or corporate environment will be considered an asset.Benefits
