Our client is a fast-growing IT company employing around 250 people in Poland. On their behalf, we are looking for a Manager of the HR Business Partners Team , who – in addition to the leadership role – will also act as an HRBP for the commercial (sales) function.
This position offers a real opportunity to shape HR within the organization. It is not a purely managerial role – what matters here is hands-on involvement, close collaboration with people, and the ability to deliver effective solutions in real time. The company is expanding dynamically – although this role is initially a maternity cover, there is a possibility of future opportunities within the organization.
Requirements
minimum 4 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Manager,
background gained across different organizations (experience in IT will be an advantage),
natural authority and the ability to lead a team of strong personalities,
a combination of solid HR expertise with openness, flexibility, and a good sense of humor,
a hands-on leader – actively involved in daily tasks, not only in strategic planning,
someone who thrives in a dynamic, non-corporate environment, where decisions are made quickly and close to the business.
Responsibilities
leading and developing a team of 3 HR Business Partners, ensuring their growth, effectiveness, and collaboration,
building authority and alignment within a team of strong, independent professionals,
acting as HRBP for the sales department (one-to-one meetings, manager support, problem solving, and comprehensive HR 360° communication),
participating in projects related to employee engagement, satisfaction, and development (in close cooperation with the L&D team),
proactively responding to business needs – from identifying requirements to execution,
acting as the “face of HR” – supporting employees and managers in back-office processes (without operational responsibility for areas such as payroll or comp&ben),
cooperating with L&D, Talent Acquisition, HR Admin, and HR Manager,
close collaboration and direct reporting to the Management Board.
