Job description
Your responsibilities
Coordinating / supporting Projects / Portfolio / Releases and Small Changes.
Support in defining and prioritization of project requirements and tasks.
Communication with local and international project teams and project / release stakeholders including Top Management.
Preparing, organizing and conducting of project related meetings, including SteerCo meetings.
Support of UAT and regression testing.
Coordinating of Vendors.
Processing Purchase Requisition / Orders and Invoices in respective systems.
Executing, tracking and controlling Project Budgets
Tracking and coordination of unforeseen events using incident management tools.
Close collaboration with own and other teams as well.
Our requirements
University Degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in PM related areas.
Good knowledge of Agile PM tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Xray).
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good (verbal and written) communication and presentation skills.
Problem solving skills, “can do” attitude.
Ability to work both self-organized and as a team player.
Fluent Polish and advanced English [minimum B2], oral and written.
Knowledge of Czech and Slovak would be an asset.
